For best results, turn hoodie/shirts inside out and hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent to prevent shrinking.  If you must machine wash then use the delicate cycle and use cold water.  Don't use hot water, that will shrink pure cotton, air dry.

We recommend using this method for all of our products to prevent shrinking as much as possible.  If you plan to use hot water then we recommend sizing up but high quality cotton does shrink a bit, especially with warm water.
