At Mountain Weekend, we want you to love what you order. That’s why we offer free returns and free exchanges under the following conditions. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Returns and exchanges are subject to product availability. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions to complete the process.  Please email support@mountainweekendco.com to get your return filed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@mountainweekendco.com within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must remain unworn and unwashed

Once confirmed, we will replace the item (subject to availability) or provide an appropriate resolution.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every Mountain Weekend piece to meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
